Ordering From Kick Ass Guitars:

Browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout” You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order. Orders can only be sent to the billing address of the cardholder placing an order.

Personalised Headstocks

All guitars featured on the website come with the option of a personalised headstock, allowing you to purchase the guitar of your choice with whatever you like on the headstock (excluding brand names). For items ordered with personalised headstocks Kickass guitars cannot guarantee delivery time and orders could take 12+ weeks to arrive. IF YOU WISH TO MAKE A PERSONALISED ORDER PLEASE EMAIL US BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER.

Items Not In Stock:

All items on the website are in stock and are available for purchase. If an item is ordered and we don't currently have it in stock you will recieve an email giving you the option for a refund or to make an advanced order (advanced orders may take 12+ weeks to arrive).

Kick ass guitars has access to a wide range of guitar styles but only those currently in stock will be on the website. If we do not have the style of guitar you are looking for send us an email and we will try our hardest to meet your needs! Items ordered this way may take 12+ weeks to arrive.

Delivery schedule:

We try to process all orders, where possible, within 24 hours. Whilst most items will be despatched within one working day, please allow 2-3 days for delivery. Items will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

Payment:

We accept payment by Cash, Cheques (sent by registered mail)We also accept PayPal, safe online payments that allow you to pay with your credit or debit card. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES OR MONEY ORDERS IN ANY OTHER CURRENCY OTHER THAN GB POUNDS STERLING £’s

Packaging:

At Kick Ass Guitars, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality, new materials for packaging and take great care to insure that happens. We too buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases.

Postage

Postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling. The postage cost per item should be shown along side the item description, if it is not, please email Kick Ass Guitars for a quote.

Returns:

If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days. We will make a refund, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return. If an item arrives damaged return it to us and we will either send you a replacement (where stock is available) or give you a full refund. Kick ass guitars cannot refund postage costs.
